📋 Description
• Build the data analytics function from the ground up. • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand goals. • Collaborate with business teams to provide actionable insights. • Use SQL and Google BigQuery for data extraction and analysis. • Create and maintain dashboards with PowerBI and Looker. • Implement MDM processes for data accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate with tech teams to drive technical work. • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. • Apply data science techniques to solve complex problems.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field. • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Looker. • Experience with Google BigQuery. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams. • Proven track record of providing strategic insights through data. • Self-motivated in fast-paced environments. • Experience with tech teams for detailed work. • Experience in startups or high-growth environments. • Familiarity with data governance and quality best practices. • Advanced degree in data science or statistics.
