📋 Description
• Collaborate with FM&C and Government clients to understand data migration needs. • Lead the creation and deployment of Program Management Plans. • Conduct data health assessments and manage data migration processes. • Oversee financial reconciliation, DDRS reporting, and user acceptance testing. • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies. • Design and deliver training strategies and manage user training. • Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring program performance aligns with contractual commitments. • Engage proactively with FM&C and Government clients. • Drive IT development phases including SDLC activities. • Lead data analytics initiatives and create data visualizations.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in IT development, database management, and data analytics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. • Understanding of Navy ERP migration or large-scale data migration projects. • Minimum of nine years of progressive experience, including six years in change management projects. • Strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership abilities.
