Homebound is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to build a home using technology. We’ve created an entirely new way to build homes with technology powering every stage from start to finish to provide a seamless experience for our customers. As the FP&A Associate at Homebound, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts to help drive key business decisions. You will work closely with teams across the company to analyze financial data, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
4+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or other analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology startups or established companies. BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key business metrics. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data effectively. Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience with financial reporting tools such as Looker or Host Analytics (or similar) is a plus.
