📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), Quest tools, and Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) • Entry-level role provides an opportunity to learn, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise directory services • Focus on directory administration, user provisioning, access controls, and incident resolution • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to configure and integrate cybersecurity systems and services that mitigate risk
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) • Knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, and authentication mechanisms • Familiarity with Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting • Exposure to Quest ARS, GPOAdmin, or Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) is a plus • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for directory-related issues • Good communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Experience with IAM concepts, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity synchronization • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and GCDS troubleshooting • Basic understanding of cloud identity solutions like Entra ID or Google Cloud IAM • Ability to automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or Python
