📋 Description

• The Project Manager is responsible for a combination of planning and execution of activities related to delivery of projects and/or financial/budgeting activity for their teams. • Project Leads are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and can work with 3rd party partners. • When performing financial/budgeting activities, they monitor and adjust to given budgets, track labor, capital spend, and support variance root cause analysis. • Establishes and executes effective communication with Project Stakeholders; Partners with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, including the formulation of the project scope, definition of the project deliverables and the required delivery dates. • Understands organizational/initiative goals and success criteria to apply to project work. • Applies lessons learned to inform future initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Proven expertise in orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional, and vendor-driven peak readiness events — including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Spring Readiness —to ensure system resilience, stability, and optimal performance during critical high-traffic periods. • Experience in ITIL best practices for Incident, Change, and Problem Management , with a strong track record of enhancing process maturity, minimizing service disruptions, and driving operational efficiency at scale. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Working knowledge of Tableau. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with the planning and execution of projects and risk mitigation strategies. • Experience with project management execution in a modern software environment; experience managing technical projects.
