Description

• The Senior Financial Analyst – S/4 Change Management, Inventory plays a key leadership role within the Merchandise Accounting team. • This role is responsible for partnering with the One Finance and Merchandise Accounting teams to analyze systemic changes and related impacts. • Supports the implementation of new processes, monitor changes, and drive efficiency in inventory accounting management. • Collaborate with project/product managers to gather insights on systemic and logic changes. • Proactively research and monitor inventory processes to understand activity, and deliver actionable insights to leadership to ensure sustainable financial processes. • This role leverages financial data analytics and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes to identify improvements, detect anomalies, and establish monitoring strategies.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Thorough understanding of accounting and / or finance principles and practices, statistical methodology, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards. • Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule within a fast-paced environment. • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customer. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills. • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative and financial report. • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.
