• The Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of Workday reporting and dashboard solutions. • This role ensures the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and build new custom reports. • Engage in data analysis and research projects to provide actionable insights for organizational decision-making. • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Monitor and optimize the performance of reports and dashboards. • Provide user training and support to stakeholders on using and interpreting Workday reports and analytics. • Work with key HR leaders/teams to understand the proposed design of Workday reporting solutions. • Stay informed on Workday releases to leverage new reporting and insights features.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM reporting tools, including Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports. • Strong understanding of Workday data structures and reporting hierarchies. • Experience in gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders to provide reporting solutions. • Ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report performance. • Familiarity with security frameworks within Workday to ensure proper access to data. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Aptitude in learning and mastering report writing tools. • Knowledge of commonly used reports for Recruiting, Human Resources, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits. • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required). • Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources. • Experience with PowerBI a plus. • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution. • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. • Typical office setting. • Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor. • Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job. • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs a warrant. • Access information using a computer. • Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain. • Effectively cope with stressful situations. • Strong mental acuity. • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
