Description

• Develops, analyzes, and assists in the administration of compensation programs. • Evaluates and makes recommendations for changes in company's compensation programs. • Provides day-to-day compensation support including the production of periodic compensation statements. • Utilizes analytical skills to support the development of Board of Directors reporting. • Prepares ad-hoc compensation analyses as requested by team and business partners. • Performs in-depth market analysis of pay using numerous sources and contacts. • Responsible for life cycle of position and job title management. • Provides consulting to HR partners relating to process and system support.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • At least 4 years of HR / finance / accounting or other professional analytical experience. • Ability to identify trends and resolve root cause of problems, such as systems issues, policy issues, etc. • Professional Certification in HR / finance / accounting (already obtained or in progress). • Strong Excel and Powerpoint abilities. • Problem Solving Skills. • Planning Skills. • Research Skills. • Communication skills (written and verbal). • Project Management Skills.
