📋 Description
• The IT Business Analyst - Integration is responsible for various applications and infrastructure asset discoveries. • Assisting the various IT integration, infrastructure, enterprise application, and information security team efforts with identifying critical business applications. • The IT Business Analyst - Integration will have multiple IT integration projects in various stages at one time located both in the US and abroad.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred. • 5+ years of Technology experience within a complex IT environment • Some understanding of the Insurance, title and msp business operations • Familiarity with various business applications and vendors utilized in the insurance, title, mortgage origination, and IT msp business. • Familiarity with Device 42. • Knowledge of network concepts (SNMP, Nmap, Ping Sweeps, etc.) • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform etc. • Some IT asset management knowledge. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure. • Data analysis and visualization skills. • Knowledge of scripting languages – SQL, Powershell etc. • Excellent written and verbal communication, responsiveness, and active listening skills. • Must be willing to travel.
