📋 Description
•Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for program catalog items •Manage supplier order books and obtain ship dates •Lead the expediting process on urgent materials •Coordinate with Procurement on supplier delivery information •Provide Sourcing data coordination and analytical support •Investigate and clear buyer invoicing exceptions •Contribute to Bids Sourcing Strategies •Prepare for and support price negotiations with suppliers •Monitor internal sourcing progress against bid due dates
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant subject •MCIPS, CPP or equivalent, an advantage •Some experience creating, issuing, and analyzing supplier RFQs •Previous commercial experience an advantage •Previous Customer Service experience necessary •Passionate about exceeding customer expectations
