Description

• The Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in design and implementation of the Salesforce integration. • Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and serve evolving business needs. • Upgrade and configure the Salesforce systems for optimized integration. • Maintain and automate business processes using custom objects and workflow rules. • Import sales department leads, contacts, and metrics. • Lead technology implementation and develop standard terminology, views, pipelines, and dashboards. • Responsible for data management, security, privacy, and governance to enhance Salesforce data quality. • Ensure proper data governance framework and strategies. • Help develop dashboards and analytics. • Create technical documentation relating to user training and experience.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5 years of related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. • 48 months of experience working with clients and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions in Salesforce. • Conducting data analysis and developing reports and dashboards. • Preparing data migration plans including risk mitigation and business sign-off. • Performing data validation methods to ensure data integrity. • Administering and configuring cloud-based applications like Salesforce, AWS Services, or MS Azure.
