Description
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, workflow automation, and data integrity • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and other platform features • Plan and execute Salesforce projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement business requirements • Advise and support management on strategic decisions related to Salesforce usage • Identify and implement improvements to existing Salesforce processes and workflows • Ensure compliance with best practices and continuously enhance system efficiency • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users
Requirements
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities • Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certifications are a plus • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data imports • Advanced understanding of Salesforce flows and familiarity with SOQL • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken • Independent, reliable, and analytical working style
