Founded in 2008, Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world. • As Mid-level Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Rocket Lawyer, working closely with the Project Manager to design scalable best practice solutions. • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, monitor user issues, create user accounts, develop reports, stay current on new features, collaborate with various departments, and provide user training support. • This position requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and commitment to operational efficiency through technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Certified Salesforce Administrator (additional certifications are a plus)
