Description

• Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user management. • Seek out opportunities to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, make recommendations to support our ever-evolving organization, and help in removing technical debt that might impact the performance of the Salesforce Org. • Design and implement complex workflows, approval processes, and automation tools. • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. • Lead CPQ customizations and ongoing support. • Maintain integrations with NetSuite, DocuSign, Certinia (FinancialForce), Outlook, and Salesforce CPQ. • Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and deliver products that match the requirements outlined to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency. • Drive sales data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance. • Create technical documentation relating to user training (SOPs) and user experience to monitor and improve adoption of the platform. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation. • Apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Salesforce to design solutions that meet the needs of the business and deliver business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator using Sales Cloud • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification preferred) • 3+ years of experience as a CPQ Administrator (Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification preferred) • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development • Strong ability to capture business requirements • Experience with business process mapping • Proven innovation showing initiative to identify gaps in workflows and makes recommendations • Experience with or willingness to learn Certinia (FinancialForce) • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and change management process • Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL tools • Familiarity with US healthcare industry regulations and standards
