• About Rocket Lawyer • We believe everyone deserves access to affordable and simple legal services. • Founded in 2008, Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world. • We are in a unique position to enhance and expand the Rocket Lawyer platform to a scale never seen before. • We are looking for a collaborative individual excited to work with us and a hired third party. • This proactive individual will seek to continually improve and enhance this new Salesforce platform. • Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us. • As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce ecosystem. • This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving operational efficiency. • If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Salesforce administration and a desire to drive meaningful change, we would love to hear from you. • The Mid-level Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the Director of Business Process Optimization. • Responsibilities include administering and maintaining the Salesforce platform and its third party integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Certified Salesforce Administrator (additional certifications are a plus)
