Description

• Hone is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist (RN/LPN) to join our team. • Responsible for supporting doctors and their patients with medical care. • Review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues. • Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation as required. • Work with the clinical and operations team to ensure patients receive fast resolution to concerns. • Collaborate with Customer Service team in troubleshooting patient requests. • Provide clinical feedback for patient inquiries involving medication and lab results. • Support physicians to resolve patient care issues in a timely manner. • Follow established protocols, improving operational processes for the best patient experience. • Be willing to take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (compact state license preferred) • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality • Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset • Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • 2+ year(s) experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment. • Very comfortable using common technology platforms (e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet) • Effective and compassionate communicator (written and verbal) • Must be a self-starter who looks for opportunities for improvement regularly
