Requirements
• You’re proactive, positive, and possess both excellent written and verbal communication skills with an upbeat “can do” attitude - a strong desire to make things happen • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices to help scale our recruiting operations - you know what good “operations” look like • Extensive experience working with Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and G-Suite • Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Resilient, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work to deadlines • Previous experience working in a high-growth software start-up where you flourished in ambiguity • High attention to detail
