📋 Description

• As an Account Director within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners. • You will work closely with airlines to launch new products, optimize and grow existing solutions, and develop new opportunities that drive both business growth and enhance the traveler experience. • You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management, working directly with airline stakeholders to ensure our fintech products align with their business objectives and success metrics. • This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical ability to navigate complex airline ecosystems and deliver impactful results.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships. • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus. • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. The ability to communicate effectively with ME and NA partners and stakeholders is crucial.
