📋 Description

• HOPPR is at the forefront of innovation in medical imaging. • The Client Engagement Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships. • This role requires a blend of B2B client engagement experience, strong communication skills, and project management expertise. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders. • Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. • Work with technical teams to ensure that the ML models and solutions meet the client’s needs. • Provide regular updates to clients on engagement/project status, deliverables, and any issues or changes in scope. • Manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively. • Support the client revenue growth, including strategic account management, proposal and SOW development and client presentations. • Identify new business opportunities through data-driven insights with existing clients and work to expand market presence. • Work closely with Client Engagement, product, and support teams to align on client needs. • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in a B2B client engagement, account management, project management or client success role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical AI industry. • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to discuss technical details with non-technical stakeholders. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to a professional B2B audience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and achieving client satisfaction. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client data to drive engagement strategies and improve outcomes. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
