📋 Description
• Responsible for fostering and cultivating meaningful relationships with UZURV clients. • Understand clients' objectives and serve as trusted partners. • Establish genuine connections with key stakeholders. • Manage client relationships by proactively communicating performance. • Lead support of client performance and operational execution across teams. • Develop presentations and reports, leading regular meetings with partners. • Establish strong account relationships to ensure smooth service transitions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in consultative, strategic positions managing accounts and/or relationships with key decision-makers. • 4-year college degree or higher. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to align strategic insights and solutions with client goals and objectives. • Pro at relationship-building and collaborating, with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions for mutually beneficial outcomes. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Passion for client success, with a strong commitment to delivering results, especially for underserved communities. • Strong integrity and a results-oriented mindset, dedicated to meeting the mobility needs of those facing transportation challenges. • Relevant experience in a high-growth technology environment, especially in healthcare and/or mobility (bonus).
