• Research and identify potential clients within target industries. • Conduct outbound prospecting activities: cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate value proposition. • Collaborate with sales team on strategic outreach campaigns. • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM. • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal), excellent communication skills. • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment. • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills. • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
