• Join Our Journey at Engine. • At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. Our modern travel platform isn’t just about booking trips; it’s about transforming how businesses and their teams experience travel. • This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building and managing direct partnerships with airlines globally to power our flights offering on the platform. • Identify, negotiate, and secure direct agreements with airlines, including both traditional carriers and LCCs. • Own and grow strategic airline relationships to drive preferred content, pricing, and access to ancillary services. • Act as internal subject matter expert on airline distribution models (NDC, interline agreements, etc.). • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful technical integrations. • Represent Engine in industry events and deepen engagement with key airline commercial teams.
• 4-5+ years in airline partnerships, distribution, or sales—ideally on the OTA, aggregator, or airline side • Deep understanding of airline distribution, fare filing, and NDC standards • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating high-value partnerships • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally to get complex deals done
