Description
• Responsible for planning and executing projects from design to commercial operations • Manage project safety, quality, schedule and cost • Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders • Develop project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources • Monitor expenditures and implement cost control measures • Create and maintain project schedules using management tools • Oversee execution of project plans and manage changes • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Act as primary point of contact for project-related communication • Collaborate with procurement teams and oversee contract negotiations • Promote a culture of safety and analyze project performance data
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field • A Master’s degree is a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in industrial capital projects >$50M • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera, Microsoft Project) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
