• Oversee Client relationships for US based accounts • Lead a team ensuring high-quality customer service and business expansion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and highest quality service
Requirements
• Bachelor 's Degree or Master’s Degree in a related area (or equivalent relevant work experience) • 10+ years of experience in Medicare Operations, Client Management, Pharmaceutical Management, Project Management, or related experience • Experience with PBM Operations, Member Services • Experience in presenting to clients and other audiences • Excellent oral and written communication skills
