📋 Description

• The Economic Freedom Director will oversee and coordinate our Economic Freedom work • They will build support for guaranteed income as a route to economic freedom • Rigorous testing of guaranteed income receptivity among economically insecure constituencies • Managing internal and external relationships as a national representative • Develop the Economic Freedom program and create goals and benchmarks • Track program progress and maintain relationships with national allies • Key role in fundraising and communication strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years leadership and supervisory experience with a complex team • Track record of building team cultures of accountability • Significant experience working within the field of economic Freedom • Track record of successful actions with teams • Experience creating and executing base-building plans • Significant experience with community-based organizations and national-level partners • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work at a macro level and attend to operational details • Experience re-structuring teams and building new projects • Experience working with a remote team • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Outlook, MS Office, and Salesforce • Deep commitment to the mission of Community Change
