📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations. • Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions. • Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals. • Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors to achieve financial targets. • Implement cutting-edge tactics and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce business management roles. • Management experience preferred. • Expertise in Amazon Operations preferred. • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions. • Advance computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. • 5+ years managing a team of people (ideally 3+ direct reports; skip level team preferred). • Client/vendor facing experience required, Amazon or agency experience preferred.
