Description

• Oversee strategy, architecture, and operations of enterprise IAM program. • Ensure secure and efficient management of enterprise identities across the digital ecosystem. • Modernize and optimize identity infrastructure for evolving business and security requirements. • Mitigate security and compliance risks through robust identity governance and enhanced audit controls. • Deliver a seamless experience for employees, partners, and customers via optimized access solutions. • Drive automation, reduce manual processes, and streamline identity workflows. • Build a high-performing, future-ready IAM team aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Long-standing experience in architecting and maintaining identity and access management solutions. • Multiple years of experience leading and managing technical teams in a similar capacity. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, and CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR) including identifying and mitigating compliance risks. • Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to dynamic environments with a proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams. • Ability to align, work with and effectively communicate with change management leads and project managers to set expectations and manage change effectively within the organization.
