• 7+ years of data experience. • 5+ years of experience leading modern data teams. • 5+ years experience building and monetizing data products. • Experience in the commerce space. • Experience building collaborative processes. • Experience with analytics/ML-based products. • Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, Python, R. • Attitude that nothing is “not your job.”
