• Develop and execute the AI strategy • Align the AI strategy with business goals • Lead and inspire a team of AI researchers and engineers • Provide mentorship and development opportunities • Drive research and development efforts of AI technologies and models • Identify and explore new AI opportunities • Ensure technical excellence of AI solutions • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams • Stay abreast of advancements and trends in AI technologies • Share insights and thought leadership through publications and conferences • Identify opportunities for intellectual property generation
Requirements
• Extensive experience in AI research and development • Proven track record of leadership in driving AI initiatives • Solid understanding of AI algorithms and architectures • Strong knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI • Experience in leading and managing a team of AI researchers and engineers • Excellent understanding of the AI landscape, emerging trends, and technologies • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence
