• 3+ years B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in hospitality sales. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail. • Track record of retaining and expanding an existing customer base. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with consistent change to support growth. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, self-directed, and resourceful professional ready to grow their career in a highly competitive environment. • Ability to use a consultative sales approach to identify additional opportunities within the current customer base. • Extremely organized with keen insight into customer retention and expansion. • Comfortable and confident with Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Gsuite Stack. • Passion for helping businesses improve their group travel. • This role is performance-based, and the ability to identify additional opportunities to drive revenue is critical. • Available for travel (up to 5% per year).
