Description

• This is a ground floor opportunity to be one of the first engineers at hotglue and shape our trajectory. • You will experience what being at a scrappy startup is like. • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our core product features. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications. • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for complex integration challenges. • Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team. • Drive technical decision-making and help set the direction for our product roadmap. • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with modern programming languages like JavaScript/Node.js, Python, etc. • Proven production experience with a major cloud service provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience with Docker and orchestration (K8s, EC2, ECS) • Strong written communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts to non-engineers. • Have an eye for design and knows what looks good and doesn't. • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment. • Can empathize with the challenges of integrations and has interest in developer-focused products.
