• Position Overview: As a Corporate Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company meets legal and regulatory requirements within the fintech and SaaS sectors across the UK and USA. • Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on matters related to fintech regulations, SaaS agreements, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and intellectual property, with a focus on compliance across the UK and USA. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including software licensing, service agreements, and partnership contracts. Offer guidance on compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and cybersecurity standards. Support corporate governance and establish internal policies aligned with industry regulations and best practices. Advise on and support M&A, strategic partnerships, and IP matters. Collaborate with other legal experts, particularly on intellectual property and patent-related matters. Represent the company in legal proceedings or negotiations, as required. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the fintech and SaaS sectors in both the UK and the USA. Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance training programs.
