• Define value propositions based on our solution portfolio for the manufacturing industry • Engage customers with the latest business and IT trends and shape the sales strategy • Serve as a link between customer strategy and project management, integrating technical expertise with industry know-how • Provide consulting services, analyze business models and processes, and derive sustainable project goals • Oversee project goals and ensure quality assurance throughout the project
Requirements
• Knowledge of business models and key requirements of industrial companies • Professional background in consulting or as an internal process manager • In-depth knowledge of industrial processes in discrete manufacturing, project manufacturing, and engineering/automation technology • Experience in process consulting and change management projects • Competence in process modeling with common modeling tools • Experience in implementing CRM and ERP projects • Result orientation, confident appearance, eloquence, and very good presentation skills in both German and English • Project-related willingness to travel
