📋 Description
• Responsible for generating revenue through managing partner relationships • Drive revenue growth through existing Employer Services partnerships • Develop and execute account plans and go-to-market strategies for assigned partners • Ensure optimal allocation of resources across assigned partnerships • Support yearly sales and revenue targets • Engage with cross-functional Workforce Solutions stakeholders • Search out innovative business opportunities • Facilitate joint business planning with partners • Identify and resolve issues with partners • Coordinate efforts in new contracts with assigned partners • Provide support in managing Employer Services partnerships
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years account management experience in a client facing role (alliance / channel experience preferred) • Proven experience developing, managing, and growing strategic partner / client relationships • Ability to travel up to 10%
