📋 Description
• Lead a team of software/data engineers to design, build, and maintain data pipelines. • Manage healthcare data from various systems, ensuring quality and accessibility. • Mentor and grow engineering resources in a collaborative environment. • Conduct performance reviews and provide development feedback. • Oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. • Manage large-scale migration projects with minimal disruption. • Drive the development and enhancement of data pipelines. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in software/data engineering with a focus on healthcare data. • Previous leadership or management experience is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in designing solutions and strategic planning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and .NET full stack development. • Experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus. • Experience with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA). • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
