📋 Description

• DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager. • This role will be primarily responsible for projects within our capacity team. • The Project Manager’s primary focus is to ensure capacity relationship life cycle is being planned, tracked and executed in a timely manner across multiple touch points. • Ability to work to a deadline and timely complete follow-up work is critical. • Having a passion for solving problems and delivering a high-quality product is essential. • Experience leading cross functional business integration projects.

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate and/or applicable training and/or experience • 3+ years of project management or similar experience required across multiple methodologies • Insurance operations experience preferred • Experience with Jira or other project management software preferred • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint (Office Timeline) • Must be able to work to a deadline and effectively replan if priorities shift • Highly organized and detail oriented • Motivated by a challenge and ability to take initiative • Ability to collaborate within and across teams at all levels • Ability to influence without authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Enjoys problem solving and critical thinking • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
