Description

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or experience considered equivalent • 7+ years’ experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits in a leadership capacity • Knowledge of ERISA, employment, benefit programs, including flexible benefit programs; SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred
