Description

• Lead information security strategy and operations • Protect digital assets and manage security risks • Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization • Assist the CISO in security strategy development • Collaborate with leadership for security initiatives • Identify and assess security trends and technologies • Develop change management strategies for security initiatives • Integrate security considerations into business processes • Build and mentor a high-performing information security team • Communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Oversee day-to-day operations of the information security team • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Evaluate and recommend security technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Deep understanding of information security principles, best practices, and emerging trends • Strong knowledge of relevant security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements • Experience in developing and implementing information security strategies and programs • Proven track record in managing security operations and incident response • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred
