• Colibri is a pioneer in online professional education. • Seeking an experienced Director of Consumer Insights to lead consumer insights function. • Design and implement innovative research strategies to uncover deep insights into consumer behavior. • Empower the development of data-driven product, marketing, and business strategies. • Ideal candidate will be analytical and able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields. • Industry experience in Professional Education is a plus. • Proficiency in Qualtrics and strong analytical skills in data interpretation and statistical analysis. • Familiarity with analytics and research tools (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Excel, Python). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data persuasively. • Proven leadership and team management experience. • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving insights to influence business decisions.
