Description
• PKH is a nonprofit ed tech company helping UNC System grow adult learners. • Seeking a Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management for student enrollment. • Oversee admissions processes and build internal enrollment functions for efficiency.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in an online adult education environment • 3-5 years of experience with enrollment pipeline analytics, call center metrics, and/or quality assurance metrics • 5-7 years of leading and managing enrollment management teams • 3-5 years in a client services position • Deep understanding of the adult learner population • Ability to apply creative solutioning to unique operational challenges • Ability to work independently as a leader as well as contributing team member • Ability to work in a quickly changing environment • Understanding of best practices in online admissions and enrollment management for our target audiences • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar higher education CRM systems is preferred • Familiarity with higher education SIS systems • Experience using reporting, modeling and data analytics tools
