Description

• FranShares is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Investor Relations to join our team. • This role is critical in driving our funding growth by engaging with prospective investors, including high net worth individuals, angel groups, family offices, and private equity firms. • The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, understanding investor needs, and presenting compelling investment opportunities in franchises.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role. • Proven track record of successfully engaging with high net worth investors, angel groups, family offices, and private equity firms. • Experience with Hubspot is preferred • Understanding of the franchise industry and investment landscape preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with investors and attend events.
