Description
• Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions • Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions • Works across BMO to deliver specific operational program activities & results • Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results • Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs • Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions • Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions • Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards • Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes • Breaks down strategic problems, analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues • Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making
Requirements
• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in operational HR processes; preferably related to talent acquisition programs • Project management skills - In-depth • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth
