β’ Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience β’ Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience β’ Experience in operational HR processes; preferably related to talent acquisition programs β’ Project management skills - In-depth β’ Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience β’ Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth β’ Collaboration & team skills - In-depth β’ Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth β’ Influence skills - In-depth β’ Data driven decision making - In-depth
