β€’ Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions β€’ Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions β€’ Works across BMO to deliver specific operational program activities & results β€’ Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results β€’ Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs β€’ Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions β€’ Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions β€’ Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards β€’ Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes β€’ Breaks down strategic problems, analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations β€’ Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues β€’ Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions β€’ Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making

Requirements

β€’ Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience β€’ Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Experience in operational HR processes; preferably related to talent acquisition programs β€’ Project management skills - In-depth β€’ Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience β€’ Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth β€’ Collaboration & team skills - In-depth β€’ Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth β€’ Influence skills - In-depth β€’ Data driven decision making - In-depth
