Description
• Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referrals. • Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. • Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and present the top qualified candidate slate. • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system. • Build long term pipelines of talent for the hires we need today, and tomorrow. • Pre-close and close candidates with transparency to the business on likelihood to close of those we are ready to bring on.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Clinical/Healthcare/Provider professional recruitment experience • Application tracking system utilization • Knowledge of mental health space preferred • Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral, generation and marketing • A realistic assessment of the best fit, for them and us
