Description

• The Physician Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and referring Physicians for open positions in the Ministry • Executing strategic recruitment campaigns for high priority searches • Cold calling, emailing and lead generation for physician candidates • Mining recruitment databases and developing creative sourcing strategies • Conducting phone screens and referring Physician candidates to applicable regions • Maintaining contact with regional recruiters and providing appropriate follow-up for candidates • Building relationships with influential physicians and maintaining relationships with business development and service lines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3 years’ experience • Strong computer technology skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skills • Attention to detail • Acceptance of authority • Critical thinking • Teamwork • Conflict resolution • Active listening • Relationship building
