• Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds • Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal • Managing and delegating work to assistant account managers • Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years insurance account management experience with a broker • Experience with EPIC is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
