Description

• Auditing and overseeing third-party support services • Conducting internal audits and reviewing work • Partnering with leadership on projects and procedures • Providing feedback on service issues and needed improvements • Developing and analyzing reports to identify skill gaps • Ensuring quality control of procedures and workflows

Requirements

• Over three years of experience in commercial insurance • Property Casualty Insurance License preferred • Excellent verbal and written communications • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize • At least 3 years insurance account management experience • Experience with agency management systems, especially Applied EPIC, is a plus • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint required
