Description

• HubSpot’s Infrastructure Security product groups are responsible for the security of HubSpot’s Cloud-based Infrastructure • Responsible for developing and executing a strong technical strategy for the Infrastructure Security product group • Leading and growing a talented group of engineers and engineering managers • Looking for experienced engineering leaders excited by challenges in working at scale

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security or cloud infrastructure • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, common attack vectors and effective approaches • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest trends and advancements in security • Strong knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
