Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Law • Advise and counsel on all aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity law • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies • Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk assessments • Develop and deliver training on data privacy and cybersecurity law

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and 10+ years of legal experience • 5+ years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, USG and/or in-house • Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration • U.S Person (U.S Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), Refugee or Asylee) required
