• HubSpot seeks a Paid Media Manager for multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. • Plan, execute, and report on self-serve digital ad campaigns. • Brainstorm and implement innovative experiments for ad creative and channels. • Track and optimize campaign impact, profitability, and ROI. • Collaborate with various departments at HubSpot.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of direct response paid advertising experience. • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn). • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience juggling multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners or vendors. • Experience writing ad copy and creating landing pages for paid advertising campaigns. • Proficient in Excel, comfortable with Vlookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables.
