Requirements

• Designers who put customers at the center of everything they do. • Experience designing for platforms, developers, and/or design systems. • Track record of delivering successful, intuitive products. • Proactive collaboration on strategy and vision with partners, leaders, and teams. • Comfortable influencing other teams and advocating for extensibility and platform goals. • Balances scope, speed, and quality to reach outcomes. • Understands how projects align with company-wide strategy. • Owns end-to-end design process, from discovery to high-fidelity screens. • Shares HEART values and practices growth mindset.
